Our dedicated team is made up of Indigenous members from affected communities, along with experienced health and wellness workers, financial advisors, lawyers, and advocates. We are here to listen, understand, and guide you through every step of the process. Importantly, the funding for our support comes at no cost to your compensation. We ensure you understand the process, and we work tirelessly to help you achieve the best possible outcome based on the Settlement Agreement.
Health & Wellness
We understand that revisiting past experiences can be extremely stressful and our team will support you with compassion and empathy. We also provide referral information for additional support if needed and offer patience, allowing you the time to share your story in a way that is meaningful to you. Our community champions will keep you informed about the claims process and offer additional guidance as necessary.
Financial Support
Navigating financial matters should not be stressful. We have a network of vetted financial partners who can provide comprehensive financial advice, including assistance with setting up bank accounts, managing finances remotely, and investment support for monies received as a result of our claim submission. For survivors who have passed away, we offer guidance through the complex estates process.
